The Vietnam Initiative for Energy Transition (VIETSE), in collaboration with the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting (NCHMF) and Danish Hydraulic Institute (DHI), has carried out a study on the current situation and solutions for a decision-support forecasting system to optimize the operation of hydroelectric inter-reservoirs in Vietnam.
